Does anyone know where I can get the software and hardware for dynoing on a Windows laptop? Does anyone know how much a USB to OBDII cord runs? Thanks.

I would contact a local peformance/dyno shop and get a feel for what is on the market.
I have seen one (in person, on a laptop) that recorded and monitored diagnostic information, but I cannot recall the name of it right now.
