I'm buying new tires and wheels for my 2003 Cobra. It has lowering springs installed and I want to run 18" wheels.

What is the largest wheel and tire combination I can run on the front and back, respectively?

Thanks in advance!

I've seen as big as 315/30's on the back and 285/35(or 30) on the front...

Find what 18" you want first, then you choose how wide of a tire you can fit because of offset differences

I agree, I remember someone running 335's with the right rim, the rims were custom made, I believe, I had 315's with the maximum motorsports 1/2" hubcentric spacer and had to have my irs bolt at the back ground down. Go to www.svtperformance.com and do a search, I know it's on there with pictures of how much to grind off of the irs bolt. The 18's do work better than the 17" chrome AFS cobra rims that I had......

Not a cobra but i do have a cobra IRS.I run 295/35/18's on the rear with no issues 18 x10 rim

My 315/35/17's on a 10.5 rim would hit the inner body without a spacer.
