Last 5.0?

Anyone know when the last 5.0 Mustang was built? My '95 build date is July 28 '95, #279488. I think '96 models were in dealers by August!

well, assuming there were more than one made on that day, youll have to narrow it down to time of day

I would guess that someone a little higher up on the chain would have gotten it to have as a keepsake.

well even if you got it on the last DAY it was built, you could just omit 'day' when talking to others

Yeah I figure someone at Ford has the last one built, but the last one sold would be cool!

The last 5.0 GT was built August 11, 1995.
The first 96 GT was built August 14, 1995.
