Hey Brad, welcome... Where are you residing? I'm sure that you can join us if you would like to on Friday and or Saturday. From my understanding (as a new member of the Ford Drag Team myself) we could use the extra help to secure the wins for Pacific Raceways in Kent and Bremerton Raceway as well. I think I'm the slowest one on the team so speed isn't whats looked at here. Its the ability to have fun and possibly win and help the team secure the win for the year. So come out and join us, its a lot of fun!

I'm very interested in this. It seems like a lot of fun. I'm in the Navy though so I'm gone a lot. I'm going on friday but I won't be able to make it on saturday.

It would be real close for me to make the Fri event. Gotta go to SEATAC and you know how that goes.

Car was SLOW as h*** once again!!! I really wish I could get this stang dialed in to at least an accurate time.... My times were all over the place and my best was .20 slower than two weeks ago. Well hope we did good enough to take the win... See you all at Bremerton in the morning.

I am sure we sealed the win; half of all the cars were from the Ford Drag Team by the 4th round.

I did really well tonight for once!!! My car and I were within 100th of a second all night long... Made it into the third round and beat myself with a rookie mistake. I guess if your new and are focused on making sure your reaction time at the tree is dead on acurate or relatively close and had no idea to watch the end of the track to see what your dial in time is and pull up, stage, and then race it all out with the wrong dial in time, you lose. (???) New one for me! Someone had fat fingers in the tower and dialed me in at 14.8 when I was running a 14.54 all day long! Which in turn by running with that dial in and getting a 1/4 mile time of 14.57 and loosing to someone that ran .06 slower than their time kinda gets under your skin... But its cool, I know now to not only focus on the tree but to also check what time the tower dials you in at as well.....

All in all, I had a great night. Not only did I break my cherry making it out of the first round but I made it into the third and only lost cause of a rookie move. Wonder how the other two gentlemen did that made it into the fourth round??

Well done! That's a good result for such a newbie.
Marc, who drives the blue 85 GT automatic, won the competition.
