Spent yesterday Freezing my azz off at Cecil County Dragway 12/4. I

had to get a few more runs in before calling it a season. The stock

differential also called it a season with one wheel peel all day. I don't mind

because a new diff is on it's way.

RUN 1

R/T..........479
60'..........1.89 (bogged a little)
330'.........5.38
1/8..........8.26
mph..........85.81
1000.........10.75
1/4..........12.84
mph.........107.85

RUN 2

R/T..........344
60'...........1.82 (bogged a little)
330'..........5.28
1/8...........8.16
mph..........85.70
1000.........10.65
1/4...........12.75 ...............(new best ET)
mph..........107.95

RUN 3

R/T............232
60'............2.00 (spun off the line- tried a higher rpm launch so I don't bog)
330'...........5.47
1/8............8.36
mph..........84.24
1000.........10.85
1/4............12.95
mph..........107.49

Changes since last race:

I removed the convertible X brace (17lbs) and the front sway bar (12.5lbs)
but had 5/8 tank of fuel where I usually have 1/4 tank.

All in all I am very happy with yesterdays results and with the season.

Started out this season running a 14.31 @ 102.87 on July 11, 04 (first run ever) to 12.75 @ 107.95

I am excited for spring but It's gonna be a long winter.

I'm curious as to how removing the X-brace affected the manners of the car?

Those are some great times. Congrats.

Thanks for the compliments guys!

Yesterday the car was a little unstable on the street. I never had the combo

of the strut tower brace, X brace, and sway bar off the car all at the same

time. I would NOT drive around like that for any length of time. When I had

the sway bar ON and the X brace and STB off, it was much more stable.

Now with the Strut tower brace and sway bar on, I could not tell the x brace

was removed. I'm not sure the X brace does much even through tight

turns. I think it is more of a precautionary thing. I don't think I will be putting it back on.
