I just completed installing my Donnelley Electrocromatic rearview mirror w/compass and outside temp display. Initially it looked a little challenging, but it wasn't that bad. Running the wire for the temp sensor was probably the hardest-Ford doesn't make it easy to get through the firewall but I did it. I ran a wire to the fuse box to an unused switched power port. At the same time, I hard wired my Escort 8500 x50 radar detector so it would also come on with the key. Ended up a very clean install and I am very happy with it.
