Launch Problems

I have a 03 GT with all the bolt ons and Nos 3:73 gears and Toyo Proxi 4 tires 245 45zr17 heres the catch my cars been lowered and have been having problems launching I cant find a good RPM to launch at so I give up anyone have any suggestions on what RPM i can launch at
