whatever u do, dont put it in N, rev up hard, and then pop it in drive! your tranny wont forgive u for it
i have never launched an auto before cuz all my fords have been sticks. i just wanted to throw that warning at u in case u are doing it or thought about it!
Basically what you said, hold the brake down and give it gas.Dont give it to much gas or the tires will spin. Best bet is to do a nice burn out before so you can get the tires a little sticky...
Mine seems to grip better from a full throttle mash, than a break and rev launch. As adviced, do a nice burnout to clean the tires from dust and debris...
