Should I even bother looking at stangsuspension.com parts? I was looking to save a little bit of money but if MM parts really make a difference, I guess I'll save up for them..

yea go with MM parts but i baught pretty much all of my stuff from stangsuspension.com. they where very good.. they even called a few weeks after i got my coilovers and asked how i like them...
they are also cheaper on stangsuspension than on mm's website and under promo code or w.e if u put stangnet you get additional 5% off

Would the Steeda weight-jacker adjustable control arms be good for a mostly street and occasional dragstrip time car? I like the idea of adjusting your ride height.

I can get a slightly used set for $300. I think they are the 3 piece bushing on both ends model.

For a street and occasional strip car, you really don't need to adjust your pinion angle. Now if the car saw plenty of strip use more than street, then yes.
