leaking coolant

after getting my car put together after two years of slowly fixing it i filled up the radiator. a couple seconds later i can hear it leaking out across the floor. it was coming out somewhere above the starter (passenger side). is there anywhere that u guys know of on that side that it might be easily fixed to stop this leak?. i'm just hoping the water jacket didn't crack or sumthing from winter last year. thanks

Double and triple check that all of the sensors and fittings plugged and screwed into the lower intake. Check the timing cover for leaks as well. Both are notorious for suprises. For me, it was the fitting that goes into the lower intake then up to the TB spacer. Drove me nuts because I couldn't see it with everything together. That ran down the back of the block. In your case... I'll guess that it's your timing cover not completely sealed. Just a guess.

if that is the problem what would be involved to fix that? change agasket or just tighten it down or what? thanks
