Sorry if this has been covered before, i did quick search but couldn't find anything. So we ordered new cooler lines for our 90 lx 5.0 aod tranny from late model restoration when we put in our rebuilt tranny and we cant get them to seal up at the tranny. The lines are flaired and they go into a fitting that screws into the trans. We can't exactly tell where the leak is coming from but we have tried the fitting into the trans dry, with teflon tape, thread sealant and nothing seals them up.
