Leaking windshield?

Whenever it rains for awhile, I get a leak that comes in from the plastic pannel that runs under the windshield in the inside of the car. It usually runs out onto the pass. seat, and especially when you go around a turn.

Is it coming from the winshield where it meets the roof or what? Anyone have this and how to fix? I though of running a bead of clear silicone along the joint between the roof and windshield, but that ends up looking crappy after awhile. Thoughts?

I bet its the sunroof. check the drain tubes at each corner when you pull it out, and make sure the front hinge receptical thingies are sealed to the body
