Leaking yoke seal - rear of trans

I just install new exhaust and replaced my rear end. After that I noticed an oil burning smell. My trans is leaking in the rear where the driveshaft is inserted onto my X pipe. Is this a seal that I can replace? If so where do I get it and is it hard to install.

yes you can replace this seal i changed mine when i did my driveshaft. you can just pry it out after the driveshaft is off, takes five min. I think i got mine from 50resto.com

Just ordered from 50resto... Thanks. I was hoping it wasnt hard. I might even change the MT fluid to redline syn. while Im at it. Thanks again

glad i could help, and its worth it to get good fluid since it only takes three quarts and you realy don't change it that often.
