Leaky coolant sensor plug

How can others avoid the problem you had? Why did you pop out the hex piece???

tryed to put too much torque on that brass fitting that sits inside the intake manifold where the sensor goes. Since the stock intake is plastic (thanks ford) you cant put as much torque on it so you gotta be careful when your torqin down the T fitting.
