What kind of leather conditioner works the best? I am going to Pep Boys. Would I find anything good there?

Duragloss Leather Conditioner, Duragloss Leather Shampoo, and to make it look really good, Mequiars Leather Wipes. I sometimes like to use a conditioner I make with Duragloss mixed with some mequiars.

WHat is actually real leather on these cars??

The entire back seat is vinyl and i beleive the perforated pleats on the front seats are vinyl as well.

SO in reality, the headrests, seatbacks, and seat sides are the only leather aside from shifter boot, knob and wheel.

Thanks Ford

Your rear seats aren't leather? Whats up with that?

Prob Ford's way of keeping costs of the Mustang down.

I think Mustang's have only had leather fronts and vinyl rears all the way back to the Fox years.

You can definitely feel the difference in material between the leather fronts and the rear seat. Nothing anyone else would notice, but i do. But nobody ever sits in my rear seat anyway, i just keep it all shiny looking and wipe it down from time to time.

Just got back from Pep Boys and got Meguiars. Should I just use a clean towel to apply it?

Always use a clean terry towel to apply it. That is what I always use for my seats.

The only leather stuff Ive liked is Zaino and Eagle 1. Other brands tend to get stuck in the little holes on the seat.
