Leather Seat Repair??

My 98 GT has leather interior and hte drivers seat is in need of a little care. The side bolster foam onthe door side of seat is disintigrating and crumbling. I am planning to have it repaired and got to wondering if anyone knew of a good place that could repair the seat?

Also has anyone thought about having the seat covers replaced with a two tone setup like the new '05 interior upgrade?

or
On Horsepower TV (Spike TV) they did the new Mustang seat cover installation on the show. Its not too incredibly hard if you buy the pre-made upholstery kit which most Mustang shops sell.
