Since you've been here for a year, I'm GUESSING that this is an honest mistake by someone that does NOT READ THE FORUM rules when they join a forum.

I'm not so sure he's advertising them for sale. For all we know he could work for Ford and be able to print out or scan diagrams and get what you need.
