Lets play, what the hell was that noise, part II.

Grabbed some food, was leaving the joint and approached the light. Light turned green for me so I put it in second because I was still rolling, then I put my foot in the gas. Strangly, the car seemed to have lost major power, then I hear this pop come from under the car, around the seat area or behind that. It wasn't a backfire, but kinda sounded like a muffled one maybe. After that, I put it into third and continued cruising with no probs. Power came back, and all seemed well for the duration of the trip home. Didn't overheat, oil pressure was fine. If it isn't one thing it's another.

Maybe my mufflers are going/clogged? I don't have any cats.

Sounds like maybe the car is running a bit rich & it did backfire which will cause a loss of power

Car definately runs rich, if I got a aftermarket mass air sensor (I still have stock), I hear those lean the car out a little bit?

You check for codes? Did you look for vac. leaks? How old are your O2s?
Do you have an AFPR? Could just knock some pressure out of it.
