Yeah, I need them bad. When I went to put in the new LEDs for my plate lights, I saw how jacked up they were, and one was cracked bad. The stealership near me doesn't have any directly in stock. Where did everyone on here get theirs from? I think Randy was getting them, but I don't remember.

I cleaned up the busted ones on my car the best I could, but one is now clear and cracked, and the other is foggy as hell. I scraped off a little paint line off of the lens, and it cascades the light a little better now, but still completely uneven, and one side is brighter than the other. It looks completely retarted.

I highly recommend that everyone change their plate lights to LEDs. The rubbery socket that the stock 194 bulbs plug into were almost completely melted. The housings were starting to melt a bit, and the bulbs were melted in place. That is just stupid.

i need new ones too. which dealership did you go to? demmer? maybe ill try north bros

Yeah, I tried Demmer on Michigan Ave and Atchinson in Belleville on Friday. I was gonna try North Bros on Monday, so if you get them there, let me know how much, and if they have them.

See the little painted rectangle on the output side of the housing? Would it be a big deal if I removed it? I want to cascade the light across the whole plate. I was even thinking about removing all of the black coating, and half dipping them in chrome paint to simulate a reflector housing. I don't know. Just trying to get as much light coverage as my Focus has.
