Lift bars

I have a set of lift bars sitting in my garage that were given to me. I currently have stock upper and lower control arms on the rear of my car. Will these lift bars help me any if I put them on in place of my lower control arms? I am also using 4 CYL springs right now. This is on a 89 LX. Also will those lift bars change my ride height?

no they will not help you. imo they will conflict with the stock suspension and cause issues.
