I could not find the answer to this damn question so here goes. The large plate that bolts into the valley which pushes down on all the lifter guides, how is this installed? It doesn't look like this piece bottoms out on the engine but i want to make sure. I am in the middle of an hci swap and need to get this done before tomorrow afternoon!
