ite guys, im in need of some new lifters, hyd rollers for my 5.0, I know of some 351's and 5.0's in some j/k's, which ones will fit? Im only looking at the ones with fuel injection, so again which ones will fit my ride? Im not going to buy new ones cuz in january, im more than likely going to drop a 306 in this pos, and then maybe it'll RUN RIGHT!!!! Ok venting over, shoot me some detailz.

If you get old ones it will be hit or miss wether or not they are good. New ones are only $100 from ford and you could always use them in the new engine.

Hyd. rollers are the same between the 351w and the 302.

J/Y's should be pretty cheap. Just buy more than you need, and try to find a motor with cleaner internals (this indicates the oil may have been changed more often).

When I built my 351w, I used the stock 302 rollers from my 5.0. I must have put more than 210k miles on those lifters.

If new ones are in the budget, then it is worth picking up fresh stock.
