Lifting Engine Out

Ok,
So last weekend I decided to spin a rod bearing in my 98 GT. So yesterday I bought a PI motor out of a 2003 GT.
Now here's the questions... When pulling the existing motor out, where do I pull from? I know on previous cars that I've worked on, I've always mounted a plate or something to the intake plenum, however I don't think that's a good idea in this case because of the plastic intake. Also, I don't have any engine lifting hooks bolted down somewhere.
If anybody knows the best spot to lift one of these out, I'd greatly appreciate it. Also if anybody knows where I might have some troubles putting an '03 motor in a '98 car, let me know. They're both Romeo motors, don't imagine I'll run into too much trouble.

Thanks!

You can get plates from Ford but they are expensive. I can't remember the price, but for one or two uses I couldn't justify it.

When I pulled mine out I removed the intake and used those bolts to connect the chain to each head in the middle. Worked just fine, but I'm getting ready to pull it again and will get other bolts to use (don't want to bend the intake bolts).
