Any track that is using NHRA or IHRA tech are supposed to enforce it but some tracks are more forgiving than others depending upon your timeslip past 13.99.
Now if you run 11's then you will be booted off everytime they see you! I had this problem last year and now I'm finally getting a cage in 2 weeks.
