Limited number of GT's?

A friend of mine got a letter from the DMV saying that only a limited number of Mustang GT's will be made from 05-on. The same goes with other similar cars due to some new law that was passed limiting the number of cars made that will produce some amount of emissions. Anyone else heard of this?

Never heard of such a thing. In fact, Ford has upped the number of GTs they're producing in order to meet higher than expected demand. I think your friend is full of

Is it really an LEV? If so thats awesome cause i believe you get a minor break on your taxes
My friend has a LEV (i think anyways, its and rsx) vehicle and he got like 30 dollars more on his tax return
not much but its something

It must be true, because as you all know the DMV is NEVER wrong or makes a mistake.
