Line Lock Wont Hold

oh yea you can smell clutch the car hardly goes up a hill rolling at 60 on the highway because we took it to the track and smoked the clutch. When i push the brake hold the button then push the break again no more pressure goes in the pedal goes right down to the floor again. The floor is where i set it originally.

well go fix it :nono:

alright well i just tried bringing the revs up and the hitting the brake and then the line lock. It seems to hold it better but still wont stop the car completely and it still rolls. Think this could be because of drag slicks on the street and the street is warm?

check to see if your vacuum check valve is bad. the pedal shouldnt go to the floor when you hit it. also check the brake booster. with the car off pump the brakes until it gets hard, keep pressure on the brake and start the engine, the pedal should drop an inch or so, if it drops more the booster is bad or if it doesnt drop it is bad. there could be a leak in the master cylinder also, which would cause the pedal to slowly drop to the floor when its being applied.
