I started taking this stuff called Lipo 6 yesterday. the guy at GNC said its better than Hydroxycut. all i want is a supplement to give me a little boost in energy when i go to the gym after work, since im tired after fixing cars for 10 hours anyway. so the first day i took it, i noticed a very good boost in energy in that i was able to lift more weight than i had been doing previously. i usually try to increase the weight on each machine after a month, so i just increased at the beggining of the month, but last night i felt like i wasnt working hard enough, so i added more. so it seems like it was working. anyway, my question is has anyone had any experience with this drug? i didnt really research it before i took it, which is very bad i know.

If anything its probably just loaded with nutrients/vitamins that boost energy. It's kinda like drinking a redbull on a long drive; wakes me up for a good 20 mins or so, but it doesnt do anything bad.

Depending on whats it in too, I suppose you may end up with a smaller appetite. I would just do a little reasearch and continue eating like you always have.

its not worth it man, just do it the old fashioned way. if you're tired then try an energy drink, or work on getting more rest.

Honestly its just a caffeine pill. If you want a good energy boost prior to a workout take some NO-Xplode from BSN. The stuff has a ****load of B6 and B12 that will give you all the energy you need. Also on a side note, dont waste your money at GNC, shop here instead and save yourself some money...

No problem man. Wouldnt wanna see a fellow stang owner with heart problems; or anyone for that matter. Nobody deserves health problems. I'm a true believer though in that the only way to physical fitness is through hard work...no pill is going to get it for you. If you want to be healthy AND fit, its going to take work.

I use it and have got goo dresults from it, there is stigma that all fat burners are some super speed pills but the reality is that lipo6 is one of the few pills that does not work solely on an eca stack premise. it uses guggle to boost the thyroid into burning fat, but does not shut it down like the more harsh drugs.

I am on this stuff called v-12 along with Max Milk from EAS and the stuff works awesome, the milk is more like a protien deal, but the v-12 i take usually 30 minutes before a workout and it definitly boosts my energy levels for the time i work out, i then take it after as well, i dont get any more out of it by taking it afterwords, i.e being hyper or anything, it helps with recovery and what not.... but yeah stay away from fat burners, i used to take staker 2 when it had ephidra in it, it made me tired all the time and feel like crap so i didnt take it very long, just to dangerous for my liking....
