At 6800 RPM's in fifth gear I can do 188.98 MPH. I think I will keep up on the freeway . But yea, it will probably force me to scale back the number of high speed runs I make, lol.

The gears I got are the FRPP gears. They were highly recommended by the Jeff's at AFP. I got them from summit for a pretty decent price. Plus, they will arrive tomorrow and the shipped yesterday, so the service rocks.

3.55's really make a difference in the fox boxies. You can't go wrong with the screaming ebay deals.

4.30's were really tempting but I really didn't feel the need to go that steep considering I wouldn't be able to drag race it much due to having the soft top and no cage.

I'd do that, but from what I understand, doing the IRS is a little more of a pain and I wouldn't want to piss off one of your contacts for a cheap deal

You should like the 4.10's Corey, most GT owners love the 4.10's and you have a DOHC the revs higher which will be even better.

Well, my gears showed up yesterday along side my evil JLT cold air intake. I can't wait. Install is right around the corner. Hey Curt, considering the smack down last time, you should start modding the GT

Well, it was to be alittle expected however...next time will be different, the GT would have hanged alittle better if my traction (partly me, alot of my tires) was better and didn't roast the tires on the line, 2 that particulary street always makes me alittle nervous because it's flooded with cops alot. So, with that in mind, Corey....I will find you again, hopefully at the strip.

Hey Bill,
This is going to be a fun and long day, lol. We are going to want to get there as they open which is about 9 AM. I know you are an early riser, so that shouldn't be an issue. One other thing is, where do you want to meet? I am in Seattle.

Curt,
I'm still gonna lay the smack down on the GT he he

Hey Corey,

We can meet wherever, probobly somewhere south of the west seattle freeway, would be best for you. It dosen't really matter to me! It's what, a 3 1/2 - 4 hr drive if I remember right, so we should probobly meet up around 5:00am or so,
But I think we ought to watch our speed, I'm not looking to get any ticky's
if you know what I mean!
Shoot me a PM

See Ya Bill

Google Earth says about 165 miles, making 2hrs. 40 min. That's averaging 60mph. I figure that if we average about 100mph, we can make it in 1.65 hours . I think that is pretty feasable ... So, how bout 6ish south center mall.

My brother lives in Everett and it averages about 3.5 hours doing the speed limit, but I've never done it on a friday morning during rush hour.
