After my wreck the horn blasted for about a minute but then suddenly died by itself. Now that I've got the car back from the body shop the horn doesn't work at all. I can hear the relay clicking but theres no horn. From what I can see in the shop manual the horn is in the left fenderwell. Do I have to remove the splash shield to get to it? Any ideas on what the problem is? I was hit on the right fender deploying the airbags.

Yes its under the driver fender and you can peel back the splash shield to get to it. It'll be in front of the ww resivoir torwards the front.
