long term outdoor car storage tips needed...

hell if its gonna be in a garage at your parents...i would have them drive it every sunday or so for about 15 minutes. let it warm completely up, work the brakes some, keep the gears moving, transmission turning etc.

Here's an idea:

If not, I live in Kannapolis and if you put it in storage near me I'll be glad to start it every other week, wash it and vacume it.
But I have to be honest, I wouldn't do it with either of my two stangs...my wife won't even drive my 66 Fastback so you can imagine I wouldn't let anyone else do it. Not to mention it will be a total PITA for me to keep up another car....my wife would kill me if she read this but I can't stand to see a stang sit and rot.

Good Luck!

Geez...just sell that car and get another when you come back. I doubt your car will be worth having after two years of sitting around

I spent 5 years building this car...I won't just sell it to get a miniscule portion back and then buy another...the next car I buy is a c6 vette...not another stang..
