Long tube vs. unequal tube header

I need some advice, I need get my 94 gt smoged this year. I have unequal tube header and off road h-pipe. I was wondering if anyone has a long tube set-up w. cats and x-pipe set-up? what is the differance in rwhp.

If you get some high flowing cats the hp difference shouldnt be that much, but I'm not sure if they make high flowing cats for a shorty x pipe.

thanks i also want to know how much more ponies come from long tube headers

You'll lose some low end power with LT's, but gain more top end power. Not sure about the numbers though, but you can feel it.
