I, like many, have a long weekend coming up and I was trying to think of some projects to do this weekend. Within the past year the plugs, plug wires, distributor cap and rotor, and fuel filter have been replaced...But I know that's just scratching the surface. Any thoughts? '95 Cobra with about 100k on it.

Do we have a budget to spend???

I would say some fluid changes, maybe a car show or two, and jsut some good cruising.... enjoy the weather...

Detailing will definitely happen, my buddy is coming home too and we always go cruising after a long afternoon of detailing (he has a '93 Cobra). My budget is between $200-$300 I was thinking about finally going to get some stainless steel tailpipes from Jeg's. I've resisted the temptation long enough but seeing as how they are located a mere 10 miles away I don't think I can hold out any longer.

The weekend is over and just to let you all know, I ended up installing a BBK SSI intake on my buddy's 93 Cobra. We installed everything and the cars turns on but it will just shut off unless you give it gas. Any ideas?

This would have better luck in the tech section. Did you guys swap the throttle body too? If so you'll probably have to set the idle using the IAC bleed screw. Then again I don't know if Fox's TB's are set-up the same as on our cars.

So any pics of the shiney new tailpipes?

I did end up getting the tailpipes...FOR FREE! But I don't want to go into details about it because I don't want the gentleman at Jeg's to be swamped with phone calls.

As for the SSI problem, my buddy and I were thinking it could be a timing issue or vacuum line not plugged in properly. The throttle body was also on our minds and we're praying that is the problem as it is the simplest to fix. Cross your fingers until tomorrow.
