longblock assembly worth this?

Ok my dads friend will sell us a 93 longblock assembly
block, pistons crank, heads, pushrods, valvesprings etc. maybea water pump.

He will sell us this assembly for 100$, and it comes with an engine hoist

i am thinking it would be something good to learn a build on.

ya, i'd take it, the engine hoist alone is worth more than that.

We i dont know if its actually a hoist or not, i think its probably a stand for an engine.
