in that order, you get what you pay for. Kooks are going for $860, SLP $720, BBK $499, and flowtech/hooker is a bit cheaper.
Sorry to here that.I love the sound. The LT's made a noticeable SOTP gain. Maybe I got a bad set or something, but I've had 2 shops do the gaskets and they still sound like they leak and I've had at least 4 shops try to fix the cat-back from hitting. They bend this or weld that. Still hits frame, or something, around right corners and the back clunks when going over bumps. Maybe all the shops in florida suck, good possibility of that, or maybe Mac sucks, also good possibility. Sound is good, power is good, but if you don't like driving your stang because it sounds like a rickety clunky POS then that sucks. I'm seriously considering switching set-ups, as expensive as that would be.UpsideDownGix said:my friend has mac longtubes , shorty pro-chamber mid , and mac flow path cat back , and it sounds freakin awsome. and he has neve had a problem with that set up.

Damn automatic

i never said anything negative about hooker or flowtech. i simply listed them in order of cost, and didnt know the difference between the two. i know hooker and flowtech are both owned by the same company (holley?). i have no experience with either hooker or flowtech, so i cant say anything positive or negative about either.87AODGT said:I definately wouldn't have put hooker at the bottom of the barrel with flowtech, though both are owned by same company quality is a hell of alot better on the hooker headers
