Buy one. Was $195 w inner shift boot including shipping. I am hoping this will be the best $200 I've spent so far!

Cobra Bob shifter gasket is better than RTV because it can be re-used over and over, because it reduces NVH, because it cannot drip into your fluid, and because it does not strongly adhere the shifter to the trans. And it only costs about $5

I think Cobra Bob has a great product, but I don't wanna wait and don't see the benefits of waiting in my case..

**re-usage isn't an issue, don't plan on getting another shifter or taking this one off.

**Reducing noise is what the inner boot does (the aftermarket MGW one)

**Strongly adhesion doesn't sound like a bad thing
