Damn does your car look nice! Love the look.

Off topic, but just curious how do you like NC? I'm in PA for school right now, but I'll be moving back to VA in a few months. Real estate is just rediculous where I'm from, and I would like to move to an area with a lower cost of living, and I'm interested in the carolinas for the climate, but dont know anyone who lives there.

NC is great. the real estate is low compared to most areas. really low if you dont mind living in the country like it do. 100k will get you a NICE home and land. i work just outside of the raleigh city limits and it takes me about 45 min to get there with traffic. the drive is worth all the money you save by living away from the big towns.

That doesnt sound bad at all. Where I'm from in Va, you cant even really look at buying a house unless you can afford a 150k+ mortgage(sp?), which is way outside of what I'm willing to spend for what I will get. At my old job, rush hour traffic would turn a 20min drive into a 2hr drive, 45 mins I can deal with.

Basically, I would like to be a little away from everything, but close enough that I can be around things without having to drive a crazy distance. A mild winter would be nice, I absolutely hate snow, and I couldnt imagine it could be THAT much hotter in NC than in VA during the summer...gets damn hot in VA july/august.
