Tokico D-Spec's. Fully adjustable and $592.00 shipped from stangsuspension.com I LOVE mine... i track mine bi-weekly at Roebling road in GA. I love how i can adjust it how i see fit... From track to road in a few twists. Took a lil bit of time to get them dialed in but i'd never buy another one again.... ALSO stangsuspension.com has a 60-day return policy... FOR ANY REASON you don't like them you can return them!!!

we're talkin stiff right? i dont even care about ride/comfort.
also, my tires are rubbing on my fender when i drive aggressively. happens on all four corners. if that due to bouncing struts and shocks?

Get the 5-way adjustable Tokico and set them to the stiffest setting. Mine are on 3 all the time and still are pretty stiff.

Tom, when i go to the track, should i adjust them for better weight transfer? Like soft in front and stiff out back?

Airshocks at 60psi
aww come on someone had to.

Are you wanting an adjustable or not? If non I'd go bilstein. IF adjustable the Tokico's seem to be hard to beat.

Stay away from progressive springs and check out Maximum Motorsports setups.
They have all track setups. www.maximummotorsports.com

actually, its the rear that im more concerned about. it seems the rearend is more bouncy/squirly than the front. and what springs have a 1000lb rating?
