Looking at 4.10 gears

If you DONT want to invest in a tuner for almost $400 (or buy one used if you can), then a SpeedCal will do the trick and costs $100. However, if you want a tuner for the future go ahead and get one, kill 2 rhino's with 1 monkey.

Yeah, I'll probably just go with SpeedCal since I'm kind of short on money right now. I can always do the full tune down the road. Then again, I could always just buy the tuner first, and get gears later when I have enough.

Yeah, it's better to have a tuner first and then the gears because I feel you on the budget situation:(

I got my Diablosport for $175, so deals are out there.

They are REAL easy to use, especially if it comes with instructions (if it doesnt PLEASE get some before you mess with any settings).

Yes they do make a difference in performance. By tweaking my timing and fuel I gained 6rwhp and 15lb ft of tourqe to the wheels as well.

Plus you can do data logging which is cool, adjust your fan settings, rev limiter, speed limiter, adjust gear ratios, turn off your rear o2's for an offroad mid pipe, and a couple of other sweet things... this is the Diablosport, others have the same basic features as well with some exceptions.

Oh Yeah! If you plan on getting an o/r pipe it will eliminate the need for mil's which will save you about $50.

And YES follow the instructions and you'll be fine.
