I know I know, shame shame... but I really don't like the honey comb deck inserts so I picked up some vinyl to fit. I hope he doesn't mind me showing his car but I think it looks good and will be putting it on this afternoon maybe.

He also had vinyl for behind the passenger side window which looks pretty cool to me. It follows the lines of the car imo.

I got those as well and hope to get them on soon. I'll post back with pictures on the DSG

I think iy would look better if you only did the lisence plate area.
I have even considered doing it with diamond plate... only the flat part around the
lisence plate.

I couldn't see using diamond plate myself :dunno:

I need to pick up some tint now too or take it to the shop.

That side picture is photoshopped. It looks pretty sweet, especially wingless. I like the blacked out backing, and I'm not a fan of the honeycomb either. Very good alternative. I bet it would look amazing on a yellow car with black wheels too.

I suppose I should have said "I think it's photoshopped." No disrespect to this guy if it isn't.. I love the stance. Total show car look.

The URL kinda gave me a hint to it..

well good eye, I didn't look at the filename and I'm not saying that it's not ps'd I was just wondering if you saw something in the picture that gave you that idea.

I love that vinyl b pillar though. If my car wasnt black, i would totally go for both the pillar and the rear vinyl. Why didn't these cars come with those sort of things!?

On a dsg, it should be pretty sweet with dark tint. Maybe some black wheels too, even though I feel like thats a worn out trend these days!

I really dont think that car is slammed anymore than normal, I just think its the Roush kit that makes it look real slammed. Doesnt look much lower than my car with front coilovers & rear H&R supersports.

I took a look at it with the tag on, and only the flat center black and it was begging for more black. It really made the gray look out of place between the lights. But I did consider it for a second!

So how many pieces come with the kit for the trunk? I was thinking about ordering but I'd like to have them in full gloss rather than semigloss.

5 pieces, it's pretty glossy, I'll get some more pics when I finish later today.
