Looking for a 9" that will fit a Camaro?

Can anyone tell me where I can find a nine inch rear for a 67,68,69 Camaro? What kind of cars should I be looking for? As strong as possible.

If I remeber early stangs and cougars are about the right width, but spring pads have to be rewelded. Take some measuments and double check.

remeber only big block and highpo 289 cars have 9" rear ends.

I in no way condone taking an axle out of a ford for use in a bow tie

I've seen ad's in Car Craft magazine from companies offering 9" rear ends that they can make for just about any GM car you want. If your looking for something to find at a yard, I really dont know what to tell you to look for, but if you find one that has an "N" cast into the case, that designates a nodular iron center section that is stronger than a regular one.
