Those are quite common. Your local parts store probably has them or https://www.mcmaster.com/frame-rail-clip-nut/

If you need a lot of them hit up a manufacturer, I bought a box of like 100 automotive wire loom clips, the little white ones, for pennies compared to the half dozen you get from LMR or parts store.
