Looking For Advice - Braking Issue

I recently converted my stock 65 tires from 13" 185's to 15" aluminum rim 60 R 205's. they fit well with no clearance issues. they run fine at speeds up to 65 mph, smooth with no issues. However when braking I am getting a good amount of vibration. Could the larger size wheels/tires have amplified an issue with warped brake drums? Didn't notice any braking issue prior to the tire change.
