My friend's 93 Notch 5 Speed with no dog bone or sound insulation in the trunk or under the rear seat and no smog pump was 3140 with him in it and he weighs 155 or so.

i want to do cam, heads, upper & lower intake, and exhaust. ive been looking at this Holley combo http://store.summitracing.com/egnse...searchinresults=false&N=115&Ntt=HLY-300-501-1 is this a good deal or can i get similar stuff cheaper?

The intake is really good. I don't know much about the heads/cam but I have heard that the total package is really great.
