Looking for plans or pic/diagram of leakdown tester

tried the search, no luck. just a week or two ago i think, someone posted a pic that had a nice, fairly detailed drawing of the tester and the parts needed to make one and whatnot. anyone have it, or know what i'm talking aobut? i figure i would try to make one, rather than just buy one. otherwise i'll buy one.
