Hello, it's probably been between 5-8 years since I used to frequent this site. I see a lot of new members and noticed a lot of old schoolers are gone. Anyway, I'm working on an 85 volvo with a 5.0 swap. The owner got the painless harness but it's been everything but for the owner. It was running and then it died. Lost spark and fuel. I found that the ecm relay didn't get the switched 12v to the relay. I jump power to that pin on the relay and it runs. I just wanted to find out what problems were ran into on your volvo. I need to check for switched power at the ignition switch I guess and run a new wire from there to the relay.
