Looking for the right mustang

hi all, i'm new to this forum and looking for the right mustang. i have several requirements:
1. convertible
2. 1960s production
3. manual
4. preferably will have larger V8 than 289
5. not white

i also need to test drive one because i've never driven any mustang before, never mind a 60s model. unfortuneately i haven't been able to find any for sale in the boston area (even within 150 miles!) so i don't know how i'll test drive it. any suggestions on options/years to go for or stay away from will be appreciated! thanks!

i've been looking all over the internet for mustangs and managed to find one in rhode island. other than that, they mostly seem to be in the southern US. there are a couple in NJ, one in NY, but that's all i found, and i'm not going 200+ miles just to test drive the car unless i already know what they drive like. right now i just want to drive one to see how i like it, but i'm having an impossible time finding one for sale in my area! hopefully the person in RI will get back to me about test driving their car. i'm 6'4 270 pounds so i'm concerned about fitting into the car too, so it's key for me to see whether i can even fit comfortably into the car!
