I saw this picture somewhere...no clue where. Its an O3 Cobra with a turbo setup. The blower housing is used as the intake with the impellers removed. Its a nice looking set up.

The pic you are referring to is a shot of the modified X2C Cobra. They've already ditched that turbo in the pic and gone larger I believe. here is their website...
