looking into a 98 Cobra.

I have found a 98 corba around my area and it is nice. only 37k on the clock. Its at a dealership and im probably going to go test drive it this weekend. are there any issues that i should be looking out for with the 4.6?

Not for that year. Sometimes the butterfly system that opens the secondary intake ports will crap out, but that was not as big of an issue in 98 due to a revised system. Those motors are pretty solid. Take it from an owner.

Just make sure the car is as close to stock as possible. A car that has been whored out is one to avoid.

i believe there was only one owner, and the motor has not been touched. just audio and some suspension work.
