Looking to Install H&R SS Springs

Looking to get H&R SS springs on my 04 mustang. Will i be able to use my stock struts and shocks?? Or will I need to upgrade??

You can use stock stock and struts, but you will have better ride quality with new shock/struts.

P.S - Its very recommended that you buy caster/camber plates but you dont "have" to have them.

You can use the stock struts and shocks, but they will wear more quickly with the car lowered. What you will need is caster camber plates. I, along with many others, recommend Maximum Motorsports 4 bolt style. I've had them on all 3 of my Mustangs. You don't want to compromise with suspension.

Look for a good shock/strut combo also. I went with the Tokico set-up they put on Mach 1's and they a pretty good ride.

MM 4 bolt cc plates are the only way to go

Without the upgraded shocks and struts, you may find your ride a little bouncy. Especially with the stiffer H&R springs. In my opinion, shocks and struts just complete the whole package and provide a nice setup along with some adjustability (depending on what model you get).

I have them paired up with KYB GR 2's. They're not bad...

Now if the the roads around me were better so that my x-brace thing didn't bottom out all the time! Arrgh!

id go with new shocks/struts while ur in there and get cc plates too
