Use the search button. Its been answered a thousand times. And let me be the first to say... don't deface a four eye car. If you want a 87 up sell yours to somebody that wants a four eye(they are becoming more popular by the minute) and by an 87-93. There are plenty of them out there

Why are you gonna hop on the (me to train) with all the aero cars,you never see a four eyed mustang driving,leave it a four eye and put the money else where dude. But its your car, i know i would convert my aero notch to a four eye if i had a $
Is the '86 a GT? You could slap on a 4-eye LX front end (if it isn't a LX already), they don't have fog light openings. That would help with aerodynamics. They also make headlight covers for 4-eye cars that are supposed to help with the aerodynamics, too.
Either way, its a Fox car, and they don't have great aerodynamics. On top of that, its a 'vert, and those aren't very slippery in the wind at all. What are you building the car for, exactly?
There was a topic on here years ago where someone said the Fox cars actually have a very low drag coefficient, but i don't recall what it was. It was in a debate about top speed because the 2.73 cars have a potential gear ratio equalling top speed of something like 300mph but someone said it would never get there even with enough power because they're not very aerodynamic. My Merkur is also supposed to be very aerodynamic...supposedly they designed the bodies in a wind tunnel.
